Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of most of the streetwear clothing we sell, all cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of your order being placed. After this time, your order will have entered production so cancellation won't be possible. Therefore kindly send us a message on our Instagram @fxctor.z or to factorzlmao@gmail.com to inform us regarding the same.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Only replacements are available and that too only for wrong design/damaged products. For replacements, kindly send us a continuous video of you opening the product with full visibility of the package and the product to our Instagram @fxctor.z or to our email : factorzlmao@gmail.com. We will review it and provide you with a fresh product (if approved for replacement) within 20 days of claiming the same.
Exchanges or refunds are not offered if there is a sizing issue. Kindly go through the size chart before ordering. We will not issue a refund/replacement for quality, design size/placements & color of the product. These may vary compared to the mockups. They are for reference purposes only. The material of the cloth used and print type is given in the description for each product. Kindly go through the same before ordering.
Even though the average order delivery time is 7-10 days, due to unprecedented circumstances, it may be extended upto 15-20 days depending on the situation. Kindly keep this in mind when ordering as well.
Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, replacements will not be possible.
