Do you allow Customisations on your products?
Yes we do. Be it changing the colour of the apparel of a particular design, changing the design placements on a particular streetwear apparel or even printing a custom image that you want on the apparel of your choice. Just drop us a message on our Instagram page @fxctor.z and we'll guide you the effortless process there.
What are your product specifications?
Our Heavyweight Oversized T-Shirts are made of 220/240/250 GSM Super Combed Bio-Washed Cotton with double stitched seam and ribbed neck and Regular fit tees/Crop tops are made of 180 GSM Super Combed Bio-Washed Cotton with double stitched seam and ribbed neck and our Hoodies and Sweatshirts are made of 320 GSM Super Combed Bio-Washed Cotton with double stitched seam and Derby ribbed waistline.
How does your return policy work?
Returns are only accepted if the product you received is damaged / the wrong one is shipped. Kindly take one single continuous video of you opening our package (important and mandatory for replacement issues) and report any of the above mentioned problems on the same day of ordering through our Instagram. We'll take care of the rest.
